At GIBBON Slacklines, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all equipment is in its original packaging with all safety manuals and components included.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the slackline kit and accessories in their original box, ensuring the product is clean and free of any outdoor debris.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for safety standards, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
